St. Vincent Ferrer School - Lunch Program

Marlas Lunch is the vendor of our lunch program. 

 

Marlas lunch provides a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches from their computer, smartphone or tablet.

  • The registration and the menu for the 23-24 school year is available now.

    • First lunch date will be 8/23/23.

    • Lunch orders for the week of 8/21/23 must be ordered by Wed., 8/16/23 at 9:00 am. The lockout period has been extended beginning this school year.

    • No lunches will be provided on 8/22/23, due to it being a half day with dismissal at 11:15 am (early childhood) or 11:30 am (grades 1 -8).

    • Beverages are not provided by Marlas or the school.  Please provide your child with a drink (no water is available) or enroll in the school's milk program.

    • Plastic cutlery is not provided by the school for children who do not purchase Marlas' Lunch.  If your child does not have a Marlas' Lunch order for a designated day please provide your child with plastic cutlery if their lunch requires it.

Registration and Ordering

Returning SVF Families:

  • Go to marlaslunch.boonli.com/login (bookmark the page)

    • Click on your Account to update your child's profile with the new grade and teacher (click on the child's name on the left, it will auto-fill for you.  Then choose the new grade in the drop-down menu.

    • First Lunch Date is 8/22/22

  • WEEKLY ORDER LOCKOUT is every Wednesday at 9:00 am

 

New SVF Familes:

Go to: marlaslunch.boonli.com/login (bookmark the page)

  • Click on Register then Create an Account and use the school password: OPRF319

  • After registration, sign in with your username & password

  • To begin ordering click on any calendar date - First Lunch Dates are:

    • All grades Pre3 - 8

      • The week of 8/21/23 orders must be placed by Wednesday, 8/16/23 at 12:00 pm.

  • WEEKLY ORDER LOCKOUT is every Wednesday at 9:00 am

Payment and Order Information

The program accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Debit Card & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover)

    • Card Payments: After entering your card information, do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. If a confirmation page is not displayed, do not attempt to enter payment again, as this may result in duplicate charges.

    • A 3% processing fee based on the subtotal of your order is charged for credit cards.

  • ACH/E-Check Program

    • Be sure to proceed to check out and process your payment.  Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.

      • E-Check returns for NSF the cardholder will be charged a $45.00 NSF fee. 

        • Your account may be subject to deactivation due to recurring NSF fees.

      • A per time $1.00 transaction fee will be charged.

  • Minimum Order Fee

    • A minimum $15.00 order is required for new or changed orders.  Otherwise, $1.00 handling fee is charged.

  • Food or Policy Info: (Missed/Late Orders, Credits, and Changes/Cancellations:

    • Changes can be made during the ordering period before the weekly lockout.  Credits for canceled lunches, will be applied to your next order.  Once the ordering period has closed, your order is FINAL.  No refunds only future lunch credits will be issued.

    • Missed/Late Orders: After the ordering period has closed, late orders are NOT accepted.

Beverage and Food Information

Beverage(s) ARE NOT PROVIDED by Marlas Lunch or SVF:

 

  • Please provide your child with a drink, refillable water bottle, or enroll in the school's milk program to provide your child milk for lunch. 

    • The school will not provide a beverage.

      • You may send your child with their personal water bottle which they may refill at school.

    • Milk Program

      • Please fill out the school's milk form and return it to the school office if you would like to sign your child up to receive milk with their lunch.

  • Food Disclaimer (see Marlas site for more information)

    • Marlas Lunch offers a nut-free program, meaning that none of their menu items contain nuts, however, the facilities that produce their lunches may contain and/or use various nuts or other food allergens in their facilities. Customers concerned with food allergies should contact Marlas lunch and they will provide you with a list of the food companies serving the school  You are free to contact them, and urged to do so, to help you feel comfortable when ordering meal(s).
